There's a great team behind it too.
Rock’n’roll legends The Rolling Stones are set to get their own limited series via FX.
As Deadline reports, FX and the band “are in advanced talks for the project”, which will likely be picked up for two seasons and will be overseen by the production company behind shows like The Crown and Outlander.
It’s reportedly the first time the Stones are allowing their music to be used for a drama, and with the new show expected to focus on the band’s formation through to the early ‘70s, it’s a good thing filmmakers will have access to hit records such as Let It Bleed, Exile On Main Street and more.
The FX series will be written by High Fidelity author Nick Hornby.
Back in 2016, Mick Jagger co-created TV series Vinyl, which had a one-season run via HBO.
