It’s been four long years, but hardcore heavyweights, Ringworm, have finally resurrected with their fifth assaulting and vicious album Scars, released this July. Twenty years after their 1991 birth in Cleveland, Ohio, Ringworm rises above with the brutal new release to remind fans why they are the pioneering visionaries of metallic hardcore. Tracked at Spider Studios in Ohio with producer Ben Schigel (Chimaira, Walls Of Jericho) at the helm, the scene veterans fiercely knock out the competition with the unleashing of their most heavy-hitting, thrash-inspired metal album yet.
Heading down under for the second time, the band will be joined on an Australian wide tour this September with one of Australia's own most influential heavyweights, Mindsnare.
