"This is not just a coincidence," say Police
A shooting that involved rapper ScHoolboy Q last week was not a "coincidence", according to police, with the MC likely a target in the incident.
As reported by Billboard, Denver authorities believe the shooting, which occurred last Thursday at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, was not random. A car containing the rapper was shot at after he performed at the venue.
"This is not just a coincidence. We think there is probably more to it than that," said Jacki Kelley, spokeswoman for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.
ScHoolboy Q, whose real name is Quincey Matthew Hanley, was not injured in the incident, although three others in the same vehicle as the rapper were. None of their injuries were life threatening though. No arrests have been made over the incident as yet.
