The Queensland Music Awards have announced the People's Choice and Innovation finalists!
The Queensland Music Awards (QMAs) has today announced the finalists for the 2021 People's Choice Awards in what has been a record-setting year.
5,127 votes were submitted for the awards - the highest in QMAs history - which include Regional Venue Of The Year, Metro Venue Of The Year and Festival Of The Year.
Voting once again took place via theMusic.com.au. The finalists include:
Nightquarter
Sandstone Point Hotel
Mo's Desert Clubhouse
The Tivoli
Brisbane Festival
Woodford Folk Festival
Meanwhile, the finalists for the inaugural Innovation Award have also been announced which recognises and celebrates "music industry businesses, organisations, artists and individuals who found new and innovative ways to thrive in 2020 and beyond".

Pub Choir
Troubadour Wagons
The Creases lead guitarist Aimon Clarke and two-time QMAs winner and The Grates singer, Patience Hodgson, will host the 2021 ceremony taking place at Fortitude Music Hall on 5 May.
