It all happens next Tuesday in Brisbane!
A stack of huge acts have been confirmed to appear at next week's Queensland Music Awards (QMAs) in Brisbane.
Some of Brisbane's favourite names will present awards at the ceremony, taking place at Fortitude Music Hall next Tuesday, including Powderfinger's Bernard Fanning and Ian Haug, Regurgitator's Ben Ely and Seja, John Collins (JC), WAAX singer Maz DeVita and members of Violent Soho.
Dominic Miller will take on official MC duties alongside local indie-rocker Jeremy Neale, The Grates’ Patience Hodgson and comedian Mel Buttle.
The QMAs also promises "one or two" more surprise names will make an appearance on the night.
Meanwhile, the audience will be treated to live performances from some of the nominated artists like Busby Marou, Cub Sport, Jaguar Jonze, Nat Dunn and Order Sixty6.
Thelma Pum, WAAX, Cub Sport and Hatchie were last week confirmed as the finalists for the coveted Album Of The Year award, while the Fortitude Music Hall will also be in the running for Metro Venue Of The Year, as well as taking on hosting duties.
