In a fitting follow-up to their Christmastime trolling of US shlock-rock millionaires Nickelback, the QPS team has issued a tongue-in-cheek BOLO — 'Be On The Lookout' — notice for the band, accusing them of committing "crimes against music".
The QPS took to Facebook this afternoon with an impressively on-point post on Facebook that even references the recent "Nickelstats" meme, drawing attention to the very real danger that residents living in the Brisbane suburb of Boondall may be at greater risk of accidentally coming across the band than usual.
"Police are on the lookout for these men, who are believed to be impersonating musicians around Boondall this evening," the post reads.
"Avoid the area. It may be hazardous to your hearing and street cred. #LookAtThisGraph #NoFixedAddress"
