PREMIERE: WA’s The Siren Tower Unleash A Powerful New Single

Perth rockers The Siren Tower sure know their way around a hook, as evident by the second single from their upcoming album.

The band have today unveiled Sovereigns via a lyric video and the powerful cut promises big things to come.

Sovereigns is the prequel to 2017 single Invalia - both songs looking at the asylum seeker issue in Australia.

"The asylum issue is a subject close to our hearts,” Grant McCulloch said. “The way in which we treat those seeking protection must be, at the minimum, transparent and humane, and right now we're failing.

“These things are being done in my name, your name and they're being done under our flag. We just want to keep that conversation going."
