The "beachgaze" quartet keep it simple with this one
Their music has been described as "beachgaze" and Perth quartet Gunns don't disappoint with their new video for the summer glazed number Leaving Home.
The clip is a mix of some real-life footage of the band and some quirky graphics that blend together to make a simple clip that fits perfectly to the vibe of the song. Check it out now:
The band were this week's cover artist for The Music Perth and in the interview, guitarist and vocalist Clinton Oliver spoke about fusing together different sounds to form the Gunns' own style.

“I love the grunge, reverb, the pop and they're [The Beach Boys and Nirvana] two of my favourite bands. I can try and make music that meets them both in the middle and mesh them together, and I think I'm getting there."
It's been a big year for the four-piece, touring with the likes of The Preatures and Violent Soho as well as playing the Wave Rock Weekender and RTRFM's Winter Music Festival. They'll take the stage at the upcoming Southbound festival too.
