Popfrenzy is a touring and events company as well as a record label in itself and has recently issued records from international acts such as Wire, Sonny & The Sunsets, Best Coast, Beach Fossils and The Feelies to name a few, as well as locals like Songs and Camperdown & Out.

Béchamel will differ from the regular Popfrenzy label in that it plans to issue limited 250 record runs of the seven-inch singles they release, which they say will all be by unique and eclectic local Australian artists.

The label will also make the songs from the singles available to purchase and stream digitally through their Soundcloud and Bandcamp pages.
