Police Seize Methamphetamine From Man Allegedly Heading To Stereosonic

Following tragic death of Sydneysider last week.

Police have arrested a man who was found to be in possession of half a kilogram of methamphetamine and was allegedly planning on taking the drugs to Stereosonic in Adelaide today.

According to SBS, police found the drugs hidden in a vacuum cleaner while they searched the man's home on Friday.

The 25-year-old was arrested and charged with trafficking in a commercial quantity of a controlled drug.

The news comes just one week after 25-year-old pharmacist Sylvia Choi was rushed to hospital from the Sydney Stereosonic event after ingesting MDMA where she later tragically died.

Yesterday, a 25-year-old Sydney man was charged with two counts of supplying a prohibited drug following an investigation into the death of Choi.
