Pity Sex Go On Hiatus

Well... shit.

In some rather sad news for the alternative crowd today, Pity Sex have announced that they are putting the famed band on hold for an indefinite amount of time.

A very brief but simple statement from the band came this morning via social media. You can read it below:

"We'll be taking an indefinite hiatus from this project. Thank you for all the support. See you on the other side. In parting, we have a new video for "Burden You" created by The Office of PlayLab, Inc."

Considering how good their most recent album 'White Hot Moon' was, I for one am really bummed out about this bit of news. However, the writing may have been on the wall since singer Britty Drake left the alternative/indie band earlier this year in August. Well, in any case, I hope to see this band return in a few years time, hopefully with a new lineup and some new tunes stowed away.

Also, as the band put it, their parting gift to us all is their music video for 'Burden You' (one of the better tracks from 'White Hot Moon') and you can check it out below.
