Innovative music database platform Jaxsta has today announced the completion of a partnership deal with APRA AMCOS.

The deal, the 30th partner agreement made by Jaxta in the past 18 months including The Recording Academy, Sony Music Entertainment and Universal Music Group, will provide the company access to official music data from APRA AMCOS’ 100,000+ members.

“We’re very proud to be the first performing rights organisation to partner with Jaxsta," APRA AMCOS’ Chief Executive Officer Dean Ormston said.

"In the age of digital music consumption it’s never been more crucial to ensure there is accurate, authoritative information available about the identity of the amazing Australian and New Zealand songwriters and composers behind the songs.
