"And to all of you sad, old white men asking me if I still make music. I realize you’re out of touch- so ask your kids…. Oh wait- you can’t. They hate you."
Pink has joined the growing list of artists who have been outspoken in the face of the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade over the weekend, which legalised abortion across the United States.
She took to Twitter to exclaim her outcry over the decision stating, "Let's be clear: if you believe the government belongs in a woman's uterus, a gay person's business or marriage, or that racism is okay – THEN PLEASE IN THE NAME OF YOUR LORD NEVER F---ING LISTEN TO MY MUSIC AGAIN. AND ALSO F--K RIGHT OFF. We good?"
"I think all of our nerves are collectively fried from so many years of racism, misogyny, homophobia, etc. + pandemics, mass shootings, wars and the total lunacy, hypocrisy, ignorance of the GOP (Republican Party) - it's all a bit much. But we will stick together. Good will prevail over evil."
The tweet has been met with great support from fans with over 328,000 fans liking the post.

She also went on to share Olivia Rodrigo and Lily Allen's performance at Glastonbury over the weekend, when the duo stated, "So many women and so many girls are gonna die because of this,” responding with "Thank you Olivia and Lily."
Pink tapped back at the classic, online troll of a fan saying, "And to all of you sad, old white men asking me if I still make music. I realize you’re out of touch- so ask your kids…. Oh wait- you can’t. They hate you."
She's not the first artist to actively speak out against the decision, with Kendrick Lamar closing his headline festival set at Glastonbury with a powerful message for woman's rights. Lizzo has also pledged "$500k from my upcoming tour to Planned Parenthood and Abortion Rights. Live Nation agreed to match— to make it 1 MILLION dollars."
Harry Styles, Maggie Rogers, Portugal The Man, Finneas, Yungblud, Garbage, Charli XCX, Taylor Swift, Cher and heaps more have also been outraged on social media over the weekend. You can check out all of their responses HERE.
