Legendary Australian singer-songwriter Paul Kelly will bring his Merri Soul Sessions to A Day On The Green this November and December.
The announcement comes after a well-deserved Helpmann Award, in which the icon delivered a captivating acceptance speech for, and will see him continue his work with Dan Sultan, Vika and Linda Bull, Clairy Brown and Kira Puru, who he produced the Merri Soul Sessions record with last year.
It wouldn’t be A Day On The Green without some stellar supports and that’s where American singer-songwriter Lucinda Williams, Aussie country staple Kasey Chambers and the prolific Marlon Williams come into play.
Lucinda Williams has also confirmed two headline dates while in the country, and fans can catch her Wednesday 2 December at Enmore Theatre, Sydney and Monday 7 December at Forum Theatre, Melbourne.
The five-date A Day On The Green run kicks off Saturday 28 November at Bimbadgen Wines, Hunter Valley in NSW before taking on the rest of the country.
