There are currently no plans for new dates

Beautiful South and Housemartins founding member turned solo campaigner Paul Heaton has cancelled his upcoming Australian tour.

Promoters Troubadour and Popfrenzy announced today that Heaton's management had pulled the pin on the tour, which was “a huge shock” to them.

"Paul Heaton's management SJM have informed us that Paul and his band are unable to fulfil their Australian tour commitments due to personal circumstances,” a statement read.

“This has come as a huge shock to us. At this stage we're unsure when a tour with Paul will happen in the future but both parties would like to make up for this cancellation. Again our sincere apologies.”

The tour – a greatest hits set – was meant to start mid-October and visit Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
