Adelaide boys, Paper Arms are set to release thier sophomore attempt, The Smoke Will Clear on Feburary 1st, 2013. The record succeeds their debut album Days Above Ground and is now available for pre order via Poison City Records.
When interviewed by Rip It Up during thier 2012 Running on Empty Tour, this is what the band had to say:
"We've been playing a handful of new songs from it on this tour and people seem to be into it, and I know we're into it! Having new songs to play has really pumped some new life into us as a band and I think that's been coming through in this run of shows. The new stuff still sounds and feels like Paper Arms, but there's more maturity and lot more diversity going on—I think there are some tracks that people will instantly relate to, as well as some growers."
