Hello BIGSOUND, we're listening...
We're back with another edition of Overheard At BIGSOUND, and wow, has BIGSOUND been abuzz...
Word on the street is...
"I got kicked out of No Mono, so I left, took my glasses off and changed my shirt and then I had a beer with Tom Iansek" - Guy drinking beer at 1pm.
"Definitely the most polite person we will arrest this week..." Cops to delegate as they let them go after one hour in the lock-up.
"This song is dedicated to Scott Morrison - the next ex-Prime Minister of Australia" - Tape/Off before they played Micronations.
"I've learnt something about music industry people. You love to get drunk and give each other your own personal keynote speeches" - God dammit, G Flip, you know how to cut to the bone...
"I drove up from Sydney in 11.5 hours. Can you get multiple speeding tickets in one trip?" - ummm, yes, man at after party...

"Everyone always tries to be humble but screw that. We wanna play the best set in the world." - We like your honesty, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets!
Hey you, eating a banana at the ARSE gig, hope you disposed of the peel thoughtfully.
We caught one act last night and then again today, which may have resulted in a noise complaint from a neighbouring space... And it was fucking worth it.
The acts everyone's chatting about...
A Swayze & The Ghosts - #sickfortheswayze
KAIIT - Jill Scott was not wrong. We have NEVER seen The Brightside that rammed.
The Beths - So if you haven't caught them, we're sure their album title Future Me Hates Me applies to you right now...
Wax Chattels - Wax Chattels went from empty to insanely rammed in minutes. We even spotted one delegate trying to climb a wall for a better view - no wonder there is so much chatter about them amongst delegates today.
The Chats - mullet rock is back, baby!
And, for a second night in a row, sooooooo much talk about Carla Geneve.
Hey, have you heard about this up-and-comer, Paul Kelly? You should check him out...
Everyone spent the whole night making plans of attack for getting into the 'surprise' Paul Kelly show.
Massive queues from early in the night led to a record-breaking amount of begging, we lost count of how many times we heard variations of the industry trope - "Don't you know who I am?" We think some of them were ironic.

Kaiit bombarded for fan selfies up and down Brunswick Street today after last night's triumphant capacity gig at Brightside. Most rammed we've ever seen it there.

And then there's this champion effort from the members of Sunscreen and DIET.
