The funk-prog act returns home with a bang
Brisbane funk-prog act Osaka Punch have signed to Sydney's Bird's Robe Records, celebrating with the re-release of LP Voodoo Love Machine on May 30.
The heavy rockers previously recorded the album and played one show in Brisbane, before leaving for the UK to tour and record. This proper release will see the album available Australia-wide in stores like JB Hi-Fi for the first time.
Described as a mix of funk rock and metal pop, Osaka Punch have gained a reputation for their high-energy live shows.
They will be joining The Fall of Troy, Closure in Moscow and Meniscus for an east coast tour of Melbourne (July 5), Sydney (July 6) and Brisbane (July 7).
