On The Pulse Festival returns in 2011 bigger and better bringing to life a fresh line-up of up and coming talent that will whet the appetite of Brisbane’s music fanatics, featuring the likes of 14 of the country’s most promising punk, rock and pop artists performing across two stages at the Fortitude Valley PCYC and The Hive on Saturday October 22.
