Grammy Award-Winning DJ CID Announces Aussie Shows

Grammy award-winning producer and DJ CID (Carlos Cid) is set to make his exciting debut at Brisbane nightclub, La La Land, on August 19 before embarking on a tour around the rest of the country.

CID broke into the mainstream in 2013 when he won his first GRAMMY for his work on Cedric Gervais’ multiplatinum hit remix of Lana Del Ray’s “Summertime Sadness”. From there, his talent for producing club anthems and dance-worthy hits saw him flying all over the world, headlining clubs and playing festivals such as EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, and Bonnaroo.

Not only has his original music taken him around the world, but he's caught the eye of numerous heavy hitters and has gone on to work with acts such as Kaskade, CeeLo Green, Halsey, Ellie Goulding, Diplo, Galantis, and Lizzo. 

As for his own music, CID continuously tops charts and provides a steady stream of party hits for his very devoted fans. From pop hits such as 'Nights Like This' to dirtier house tracks like 'Let Me Take You', CID has a natural talent for finding the niche in club music and filling it accordingly. Similar to the likes of Tiësto or Dom Dolla, CID's music is the epitome of a good time, so whether you're looking to sing your heart out on the dancefloor, or loose yourself to bass heavy bangers, his shows continuously deliver.

With Mark Maxwell, Cafe Beats and Laura Vizer as supports for the night, the show is sure to sell out quick.
