“I’ve had a deep love affair with wines for as long as I can remember."
Local metalcore favourites Northlane are teaming up with Aussie venue Crowbar Sydney for a limited-edition wine.
The Enemy of the Night collection will feature “a vibrant Shiraz and a balanced Pinot Grigio” and is the result of guitarist Josh Smith “being an incessant wine fanatic”.
“I’ve had a deep love affair with wines for as long as I can remember, and many guru friends have shown me the goods along the way,” Smith said.
“One of them approached me about doing a collaboration for something else fresh we’ve been cooking up in the Northlane camp and it was an opportunity I couldn’t miss.”
The wines are available to order now via the Crowbar Sydney website and will ship from this coming Thursday, May 7.
The band are also teasing something else around the wine release, telling purchasers to “hold on to your bottles until May 19 to scan the QR code”.
