Northlane And In Hearts Wake Join Forces For New EP

"The Equinox EP is the testament of friendship and camaraderie that NL & IHW share, and the tour is still yet to come!"

More In Hearts Wake In Hearts Wake

In huge news for fans of UNFD and their premier heavy acts Northlane and In Hearts Wake, the two bands have announced their collaboration on a brand new, three-track EP called Equinox, which the two bands will perform in full when they head out together on tour later this year.

The EP was worked from the ground up by both bands and features all 10 musicians. In Hearts Wake's Jake Taylor says, "All 10 of us locked ourselves away so that we could weave together our creative efforts into this surprise twelve-minute EP odyssey. Working closely with so many passionate individuals has had its creative challenges and its beneficial learning curves … The Equinox EP is the testament of friendship and camaraderie that NL & IHW share, and the tour is still yet to come!"

To truly bring the EP to life, the bands will present Equinox on their already announced co-headlining tour this June, which will now feature single and dual band sets along with support from Hands Like Houses and Ocean Grove.

Northlane's Josh Smith adds, "The second part of the project, the live show will too be a historic escapade for Northlane and In Hearts Wake, an absolutely unmissable event that we just cannot wait for!"

The two bands have no other plans to ever play the EP in full — with all ten musicians on stage — ever again, so this is a tour that's not to be missed.
