No Good News sign to Pure Noise Records

New York pop punkers No Good News have inked a deal with Pure Noise Records.

You band announced the signing on their Facebook, with the following caption.

"We're really excited to be joining the Pure Noise Records family. Jake has always been great to us and we have a lot of respect for the way he has grown Pure Noise and the bands he works with. We're grateful that he's given us the chance to have our songs heard by more people and to spend the rest of the year on the road playing those songs. Thank you to everyone who has supported our band, very stoked for the future."

However, the label has faced criticism over the signing, as one of the band's members has been on the receiving end of sexual assault allegations. You can find the source for that here.

Earlier this year, Front Porch Step was removed from the Pure Noise roster in a similar incident.
