SKY FERREIRA HIVE ASSEMBLE: Ferreira celebrates David Bowie's birthday with new cover

Sky Ferreira fans rejoice! The elusive artist has gifted us with a gritty, lofi cover of none other than David Bowie's 'All The Madmen', marking the late icon's birthday this week.

The cover is welcome news indeed for Ferreira fans who have been patiently awaiting the elusive release of her second album Masochism for years. That's not to say we haven't had new Sky material, as the indie star has graced our ears with 'Downhill Lullaby' in 2019, collaborations with Charli XCX, Iceage and SSION in previous years, as well as appearing in an episode of Twilight Zone. And, while Ferreira has previously told fans she has no interest releasing a record she isn't able to tour, this Bowie cover is giving us some hope that perhaps 2021 is the year we get to hear the very eagerly anticipated follow up to her iconic 2013 debut, Night Time, My Time.
