Charli XCX has teamed up with Galantis for a new song in collaboration with Nintendo.

In a move that is extremely on brand for 2020, Charli XCX and Galantis have collaborated on a brand new song with Nintendo to celebrate the gaming company's new theme park, Super Nintendo World in Japan. Yes, really.

The theme park is launching at Universal Studios ahead of the 2020 Olympics later this year, and the song, titled 'We Are Born To Play' is actually very much a bop. Paired with an absolutely insane video that shows Charli atop Princess Peach's castle and hanging out with Toad, if the park itself is anything at all like this video then sign me the hell up. It's a perfect slice of uplifting future-pop with a healthy dose of infectious lyrics to really let Charli shine.

Whether 'We Are Born To Play' is going to be added to Charli's setlists at her upcoming shows (including a run headlining this year's Laneway festival) remains to be seen, but nonetheless we're very much here for this.
