CIRCÓ's first release sold out

The first release of tickets for new boutique Perth event CIRCÓ has sold out in 90 minutes after the line-up was released just yesterday.

A festival source confirmed to theMusic.com.au that the first allocation of 1,000 tickets had been exhausted. There are expected to be two more ticket releases.

A joint project by Perth's promoters Metric and ICSSC, the relatively unknown event landed Hermitude, Chet Faker, Flight Facilities, Evian Christ and other 'in-form' artists for the event.

It will take place at Ascot Racecourse Saturday 17 August.
