New Flobots album in the works

The Flobots posted a message on their Mypsace blog entry that they are now working on a new album. The band writes:

"Hey all, we're working really hard on the new album, and again want to thank all of the fans out there who want more. You inspire us! We've donated some special signed posters (only 5 left!) and our New Years Eve Flobot posters are available at our Non-Profit site, along with other cool exclusive merchandise like the official Flobot Bandana and more. All funds raised go to help us support Street Teams around the country committed to social change. Check out http://www.flobots.org/donate.

The new album is expected to be released this summer/fall. It will be the follow-up to 2007's highly successful "Fight With Tools", featuring the single "Handlebars", which became a popular hit last year.
