The American drama filmed in Victoria throughout 2020.
This Fitzroy staple is one of the many Melbourne locations in Netflix's 'Clickbait'
Netflix's new hit thriller Clickbait has garnered plenty of attention recently, and while the series is set in suburban California, keen eyes will have noticed a number of Melbourne locations throughout the limited series.
Australian filmmaker and showrunner for The Slap Tony Ayres co-created the US drama - led by Entourage star Adrian Grenier and The Big Sick actor Zoe Kazan - and was a key player in getting the show made Down Under.
While primary filming has taken place in Broadmeadows, many of the exterior and public scenes were filmed throughout inner-north and CBD areas - including at two much-loved venues.
Fitzroy's Tramway Hotel leant itself to the above exterior shot, temporarily renamed Rogue's Bar for use in the series.
The legendary bar has been host to a slew of gigs and live events, including being a principal location for the Leaps & Bounds festival.
Meanwhile, The Gem were used for the interior of the venue. The Collingwood hotspot has hosted some beloved locals acts in the past including Davey Lane, The ReChords, Paul Slattery and stacks more.

It's not just local venues that are getting a feature either - viewers have also been treated to the sounds of Kwame and Arno Faraji's track Ain't So in the show's second last episode.
