Including Damien Leith, Bernadette Morris Band, Colum Sands
The National Celtic Festival has announced its first line-up for 2016 featuring top Irish acts Bernadette Morris Band, Colum Sands, John McSherry & Donal O'Connor Trio, and Irish/Australian star Damien Leith.
From 10 to 13 June, Victoria's historical coastal town of Port Arlington will come alive with bagpipes, bodhrans and creamy pints of Guinness. The festival will host 65 acts across 12 venues showcasing music, comedy, literature, and theatre, as well as staging workshops, masterclasses, Trad Talk sessions, forums, music sessions, presentations and feature concerts.
Local talents include Bush Gothic, Claddagh, Claymore, Drumworx, Highlander, Irish Joe Lynch, Marcia Howard, Maria Forde, Siobhan Owen, Senor Cabrales, The Freewheeler and Zeon, with more announcements to come soon.
