More than just a song and dance.

Melbourne-based, volunteer-run organisation 300 Blankets is running a huge charity event, Music For Blankets, in an effort to raise funds to keep people living on the street warm throughout winter.

This May 7, 50 Melbournians have volunteered to take the stage at RMIT's Kaleide Theatre to perform an array music and dance for the cause, with each adult ticket providing two dearly needed blankets. 300 Blankets was founded in 2012 and since then have donated more than 7000 blankets to various charities including St Vincent de Paul Society Soup Vans, Launch Housing, Royal District Nursing Service and many others to be effectively distributed throughout Victoria.
