The pair of acts will hit the east coast this November
Australian music contemporaries Morning Harvey and The Tambourine Girls have both enjoyed busy, successful years, but it's still not over yet, with both acts announcing a joint headline east-coast tour this November.
The four-date run of shows gets under way at Sydney's Brighton Up Bar on Friday, November 14, and takes the pair of bands through Melbourne's Grace Darling and Brisbane's Alhambra Lounge before they wrap up with a free-entry show at the Gold Coast's Broadbeach Tavern on Sunday, November 23.
Morning Harvey have been keeping busy of late in the wake of Girl Euphoria (Come Back To Me), the lead single from their impending debut full-length, and follow-up effort T.I.D.E., recorded with renowned producer Magoo at Applewood Studios, in Brisbane, with both tracks — not to mention the existing hype built up from the band's widely acclaimed debut EP — going a long way to keeping the momentum firing for the ascendant outfit right through to the year's close.
The Tambourine Girls have been equally under the pump of late, having released via Chugg Music/MGM Distribution their debut EP, The End Of Time, earlier this year (with assistance from Screen Music Awards nominee Jack Moffitt of The Preatures as well as members of Deep Sea Arcade and Andy Bull/Jeremy Neale producer Tony Buchen) and wowed punters around the country as part of Dustin Tebbutt's recent sold-out national tour.
