Tasmania’s MONA FOMA festival has announced the lineup for its 2013 program.
Joining previously announced headliners David Byrne (ex-Talking Heads) and St Vincent are controversial California hip-hop collective Death Grips, American indie rockers Dirty Projectors, singer-songwriter Amanda Palmer and electronic artist Pretty Lights among 40 other musicians/acts.
Curated by Brian Ritchie (ex-Violent Femmes), MONA FOMA is now in its fifth year.
Next year’s festival takes place 16 – 20 January in Hobart, Tasmania.
The full program will be released December 8. Presale tickets available now from mofo.net.au. General tickets on sale Monday, October 8.
