Mojo Juju Announces An Intimate Stripped Down National Tour

Mojo goes duo

More Mo'Ju Mo'Ju Profile

Mojo Juju kicked off the year in style, with a new album, a couple of singles and a national tour featuring a full band.

Along the way, several of her songs from the back catalogue featured in a German film titled Bestefreunde. So it's been a pretty full year so far, creatively, and now she's kicking off on another national tour, only this time, it'll be a more stripped-back intimate affair.

Though the band will be on hand for a couple of festivals - Caloundra on the east coast, GFest over in Geraldton on the west - it'll basically be Mojo Juju - that voice, those songs - and longtime collaborator, occasional co-writer and fulltime real-life brother, drummer/percussionist Steven Ruiz de Luzuriaga, and as well as back catalogue, including some Snake Oil Merchants stuff, the pair will preview a few tunes from the forthcoming album.
