Middle KidsAhead of the release of their debut album this May, Middle Kids have signed a deal with Mushroom Music Publishing.
Due out on 4 May, the Sydney trio's upcoming Lost Friends LP is already getting a tonne of buzz with their first single, Mistake.
"Our first Middle Kids show in 2016 created a long-lasting impression," Mushroom Music Publishing's Head OF A&R, Linda Bosidis, said.
"Their talent and chemistry illuminated the room, but we were also struck by how ready they were as a band and performers.

"[Lead singer] Hannah Joy’s song writing is hypnotic, timeless and infectious. We fell in love with Middle Kids’ music. It’s powerful stuff. We are so excited to be working with them and can’t wait for everyone to hear their knockout debut LP."
Joy added, "We couldn't be more thrilled to be joining the Mushroom family.
"We love the culture they've created and the passion and vision they have for each of their artists. Hurrah for us we are very lucky middle kids."
