Tribute will take place at Sydney's Enmore Theatre
Veteran music promoter Michael Chugg will MC a farewell tribute planned for much-loved tour manager Aaron Chugg, who died at the age of 53 earlier this month.
He died of complications from a stroke he suffered while tour managing The Stone Roses' Future Music Festival set in Melbourne.
A representative for the band, Conrad Murray, said, “We were privileged to work with Aaron on what turned out to be his final tour. It's plain to see straight away – he was a great man, with a pure heart.”
Family, friends and music industry colleagues with gather at Sydney's Enmore Theatre Tuesday 2 April, from 3pm to 5pm. There is expected to be standing room only as his life is remembered “in stories and song.”

During his life Aaron Chugg worked with bands such as Psudeo Echo, The Hoodoo Gurus, The Church, Shannon Noll, Boom Crash Opera, Rose Tattoo as well as festivals Big Day Out, Future Music Festival and the 2000 Olympic Games.
