Metal supergroup Lock Up (featuring members of Napalm Death, Disfear, Cradle of Filth) are set to release a new album this US summer.
On July 1, 'Necropolis Transparent' will be released through Nuclear Blast, the first new music in nine years from grindcore supergroup Lock Up. The supergroup's lineage sports some of metal's finest: Shane Embury (Napalm Death, Venomous Concept, Meathook Seed), Tomas Lindberg (At the Gates, Disfear), Nicolas Barker (Cradle Of Filth, Dimmu Borgir) and Anton Reisenegger (Criminal, Pentagram). Tracks on the 17-song album include "The Embodiment Of Paradox And Chaos,"Parasite Drama" and "Vomiting Evil."
