Meredith Music Festival Dates Announced

In a typically bizarre statement published on the festival's website this morning, Meredith Supernatural Ampitheatre torchbearer Aunty Meredith has announced the dates for the 2012 installment of the Meredith Music Festival.

The event will celebrate its 22nd year over the weekend stretching from Friday 7 December to Sunday 9, and will, of course, take place once again in the aforementioned ampitheatre just over an hour outside of Melbourne. No word yet on who will be playing, but you can guarantee the rumour mill is about to kick into overdrive as the inevitably wonderful announcement draws closer.

The announcement of the dates was shrouded in a classic Aunty Meredith diatribe in which she claims to have a new fragrance on the way, capturing the olfactory essence on the Meredith Supernatural Ampitheatre, and hopes for a Women's Weekly feature following her newfound celebrity status.
