Details of this year’s Melbourne Writers Festival have been unveiled, and the 10-day event is shaping up to be one of the biggest yet.
Guests include novelist and journalist Will Self, best-selling author Louis de Bernieres and activist Naomi Klein, amongst countless other influential writers and commentators.
The festival will see 531 events August 20, spread across 60 venues in Melbourne.
The MWF aims to engage and inspire the city and 500 local and international authors, activists, thinkers, bloggers, journalists and scriptwriters will come together to offer insight, opinion and discussion about the world we live in, but also reflect and share their own experiences.
