Dubbed 'St Anger'.
Private Function have today announced the details of their debut album, which they're hoping won't result in legal action from one of the world's biggest acts.
The Melbourne group will release St Anger on 16 August, sharing the same name as the eighth studio album from Metallica.
The group have also shared the artwork for the album, which may also bare some similarities to the Metallica version... See it below.
"We wanted to harken back to the halcyon days of 2003, when our only concerns were new episodes of Malcolm In The Middle and the risk of being sued by Lars for downloading Metallica songs," the band said of the album to The Music today.
In addition to the album announcement, Private Function have also announced they're heading out on tour throughout August and September in celebration of the LP.
