Introducing Colour.

Melbourne has scored itself a brand new live music venue and nightclub.

Colour, located on Queensbury Street in Carlton, was previously home of Illusion Bar and Nightclub, and has been created by the team's behind Lounge, 6am At The Garage, Lucid and Something Unlimited.

The venue is set to open on 3 October and features a 24 hour licence (except for between 7am-10am on Sunday). Split over two levels, the upstairs band room features production for up to a six-piece band, while downstairs serves as a nightclub.

The opening program includes events from Melbourne Music Week, Red Bull, Le Fag, Club D'erange, Z-FEX, Angst Fest, Neurotiq Erotiq, Syrup, Das Juice, Lucid, Dance Flaws and more.

The launch comes just months after long-running and much-loved venue Lounge closed its doors, find out more about it here.
