New Zealand-born, Melbourne-based DJ/producer Jolyon Petch has made his ARIA Singles Chart Top 50 debut with his reimagining of a Fleetwood Mac classic.

Petch’s version of Dreams, which features vocals by Aussie singer-songwriter Reigan Derry, spent seven weeks at #1 on the ARIA Club Chart between April and June and has now soared into the Singles Chart to debut at #28.

“HOLY CRAPPPPP!!” Petch said via Facebook. “This is my BIGGEST personal career highlight to date friends.”

The reimaged version of Dreams has also racked up 3 million streams on Spotify and is #1 on the Hot NZ Chart.

It’s currently the most Shazamed song in Australia and continues to dominate radio across the country.

Fleetwood Mac’s original Dreams is currently placed at #37 on the ARIA Singles Chart.

In October of last year, the song celebrated its highest-ever position on the Australian charts thanks to a viral TikTok video.

The viral clip featured Nathan Apodaca, aka @420doggface208, skating down a freeway and singing along to the 1977 hit while drinking from a bottle of Ocean Spray.
