The Melbourne BDO went on sale this morning with the first release of 45,000 tickets already sold out.
But dont worry if you missed out today because you still have a chance. The promoters have announced that there'll be an online ballot again this year for the remaining 5,000 tickets.
It'll be the same system that was announced yesterday when the Gold Coast BDO sold out.
Registration open at 9am EST Thursday 15th October.
Here's all the info on the ballot:
-Each week 500 tickets for the 2010 Melbourne BDO will be allocated via an online randomly drawn ballot.
-The ballot will be drawn at 9pm EST on the Thursday of each week, beginning Thursday Oct 22 and finishing Thursday Dec 24.
-The weekly ballot ticket limit is 2 tickets per customer.
-The Melbourne Big Day Out has a strict limit of 2 tickets per customer, so if you have previously bought Big Day Out tickets to the Melbourne event, no more tickets will be allocated to you.
Big Day Out is featuring such acts as Muse, Lily Allen, Rise Against, The Mars Volta, Karnivool, Calvin Harris, Kisschasy & Girl Talk. Adelaide, Auckland & Perth are still currently on sale.
