"I was incredibly nervous coming into it and I did have that moment of, 'Oh, do I want to do this?'."

More Kanye West More Kanye West

It seems Hollywood is increasingly taking notice of our Aussie talent, as just days after Gold Coast DJ Kronic announced he was working with Justin Bieber, we find out that another of our own has collaborated with Kanye West on his new clip for Wolves.

As ABC reports, Melburnian choreographer Lee Serle was approached to choreograph the music video-cum-video campaign for Parisian fashion house Balmain this May, seeing the Victorian College Of The Arts graduate coordinate a sea of models/celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Jourdan Dunn, Cindy Crawford and Josephine Skriver in the arty black-and-white video clip.

"You're not expecting that call," Serle told ABC. "It was a big deal, and it was the first time I'd done something to that scale.

Having come from a background of working with the Sydney Dance Company, Serle hesitated taking the job as he would be coordinating models, not dancers.

"They're not dancers, they're models, so that presented some challenges."

The clip, which also involves featured artists Sia and Vic Mensa, plays out like a runway show and the ensuing afterparty for the glitzy crowd, seemingly also making a comment on celebrity culture.

Serle says working with the powerhouse couple and their famous friends was "a totally different world", but found that both Kanye and Kim Kardashian were "pretty normal" people. "They were both incredibly professional," Serle says.
