Tool/ A Perfect Circle frontman Maynard James Keenan has announced the sophomore album for current project Puscifer.
Entitled Conditions of My Parole, the album is due out October 18th this year.
In a recent interview with Spin Magazine he described the album as "like Twin Peaks in the desert."
The album will be the follow up to 2007's "V" Is for Vagina,
