Matilda The Musical Gets Melbourne Season At Princess Theatre

Matilda The Musical, following rave reviews in Sydney, London's West End, and Broadway, will make its way to Melbourne in March 2016. 

The musical adaptation of Roald Dahl's 1988 novel about a bright young girl named Matilda Wormwood features a book by Dennis Kelly and music and lyrics from our very own Tim Minchin. It is directed by Tony Award winner Matthew Warchus, features choreography from Billy Elliot's Peter Darling, and set design from Rob Howell. 

The Royal Shakespeare Company production is scheduled to finish up at Sydney's Lyric Theatre at the end of January.
