So it's been a while since an update, and despite the fact none of you care, i'm gonna write one anyway and you're gonna read it.
Our bassist Sam Kost has recently decided to leave MJK, citing a lack of passion for music as the reason.
We saw that as a pretty damn legit reason, so all is sweet. No beefs, no side beefs, no negative energies or auras traveling between us and Sam. We'd like to wish Sam the best in his future endeavors.
We have found a new bass player though, and he goes by the name Brendan Dive. He use to play in a rad band called Rex Banner, he's filled in for us before, he's seen my dick (heaps) and we've made out before so it seemed like a logical move for everybody involved that he join. We're all super psyched on Brendan joining, i'd be downstairs praccing with you guys now but everyone knows kiss of the dragon takes precedence over all other activities in life.
Perth people, we aren't coming over with the Boys of Summer tour anymore. But we'll be back to check out your weird opposite-sun soon.
Our album is pretty much done. It'll be out around March 2010 and we will be playing a selection of groove-laden jams on Boys of Summer 2010, so come along, hurl abuse and get yourself in awkward situations.
