Marilyn Manson has received 24 stiches in his left ear after he was hit with a glass table during a brawl in Switzerland, according to the UK's Daily Mail.
Manson took to Twitter to post a photo of the injury (which, if you ask us, doesn’t look too serious) and added:
“I was hit by a glass table in a dangerous fight. I was however, the victor but had to have 24 stitches to keep my ear from becoming Van Goth”.
We're tipping “Van Goth” is a reference to Vincent Van Gogh, the Dutch post-Impressionist painter who was widely purported to have cut off his own ear and handed it to a passing prostitute.
Manson is currently on tour with Rob Zombie for their Twins of Evil collaboration.
