Want More Baby Yoda? Good News - A Second Season Of 'The Mandalorian' Is Coming

More. Baby. Yoda.

In the same week the first season wrapped, it has been announced that The Mandalorian will return for a second season in 2020.

Creator and head writer Jon Favreau revealed the news on Twitter today, saying a second series will air in "Fall 2020"; for Australian viewers, that means sometime between September and December next year.

The first season of the Star Wars series has been a hit with fans and critics alike, while The Music writer Guy Davis said that The Mandalorian "felt faithful not only to Star Wars but the stuff that perhaps influenced Star Wars".

"Watching it, I felt like I had a little room to dream once more," Davis wrote.

"And if that doesn’t float your boat, it also has the cutest little critter that Star Wars universe has ever presented."

Yes, you know what that means - More. Baby. Yoda.

The first season of The Mandalorian is streaming on Disney+ now.
