Make Do And Mend have announced that they are currently in the studio recording new material. Although the band haven't stated what it is they are recording, they posted a brief update, saying "We are in the studio making something for you all. Talk to you about it soon."

The band's debut album "End Measured Mile" was released in 2010 through Paper + Plastick Records, and the band will be making their first ever trip to Australia in late September as a part of the Soundwave Revolution Festival.
