NYE Festival Lost Paradise Has Been Cancelled

Festival organisers have issued a statement.

NYE festival Lost Paradise has cancelled its upcoming event.

In a statement issued today, festival organisers say the Central Coast site is "facing intense and unpredictable fire conditions that are sadly expected to deteriorate in the coming days ".

"We simply cannot put anyone’s life at risk," the statement reads.

"We have been working around the clock to explore all possible options to relocate the festival, but it is just not feasible within the timeframe."

This year's festival, which was scheduled to go ahead from 28 December - 1 January, was to feature live sets from huge Australian acts including RÜFÜS DU SOL, Hilltop Hoods, Matt Corby, The Veronicas and Mallrat.
